Pre-Order food options are requested for groups of 20 or more.
All available time slots will appear on the booking widget below, if your desired time does not show that means we are fully booked. Please select an alternative time.
Bookings for up to 19 guests should be booked as normal using the widget above.
For groups of 20 or more a deposit of £5 pp applies, contact us by email hello@platformgla.co.uk to arrange

If the time you are looking for does not appear, it means there is no availability for your number of guests at that time, please choose an alternative using the booking widget
Our current opening hours are Friday 16:00 – 00:00 and Saturday 12:00 – 00:00 Food is served until 8.45pm both nights.
We always aim to have tables for walk ins but cannot guarantee that these will be available during peak times. We advise booking if your party os 4 or more to avoid disappointment.
Yes! Platform is family and dog friendly, children and U18s are welcome until 8pm. Remember to leave a note if you are bringing kids so that we can make sure we seat you in the best spot.
Table bookings are allocated 3 hour slots, we are happy to extend this with prior notice. Just drop us a message in advance as we may not be able to accommodate on the day.
Platform welcomes group bookings, we have lots of space and can accommodate larger groups of up to 30 guests. To book for up to 19 guests just book tables as normal using the widget. For 20 or more a deposit applies so you need to drop us an email to arrange this on hello@platformgla.co.uk
If you have multiple bookings under different names you need to add a note in the comments or contact us in advance, we have no way of knowing you want to be together otherwise! If there is no note then we cannot guarantee you will be next to your friends.
Card details are required for every booking, nothing is charged except in the event of a complete no show or last minute cancellation (less than 4 hours) You can cancel your booking via your confirmation email or if you are running late you can call us on 0345 241 6253. Full Booking Terms & Conditions must be viewed before you complete your booking and are noted on your confirmation.
Please request in advance if you wish to bring any form of decoration (balloons etc) as we must ensure the comfort of all guests in the venue. We are happy for you to bring a cake (please do NOT bring a cake knife…we can help with this) but we do not allow real candles inside the venue.
No sorry, only food and drinks purchased in Platform can be consumed on the premises. Under no circumstances should guests bring their own alcohol into the venue, you will be asked to leave any alcohol (including gifts) at the host desk to collect when you leave.
Whilst Platform welcomes groups , we are a family friendly venue and ask that any large groups be mindful of other guests at all times. It is always best to drop us an email in advance if you are planning to come along as part of a Stag or Hen Party. Any behaviour or dress deemed inappropriate will not be accepted. As a licensed premises, Platform reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone we deem to be intoxicated.
